Agreement

By using optimaflow.dev or engaging OptimaFlow for services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

OptimaFlow is a web studio for real estate agencies, developers and property managers. We build new websites, redesign existing ones and maintain them under a care plan. The scope, timeline, price and deliverables for any paid work are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal for each project. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape or copy the site at a scale or in a way that harms it or breaches our rights.

Demo content

The interactive tower, floor information, availability, prices and project details shown on this site are illustrative demo data. They show what we build for clients and do not describe any real property, availability or price.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, code, 3D models and the OptimaFlow name and logo, belongs to OptimaFlow or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission. Work we deliver to a client transfers according to the agreement for that project.

Articles and information

Articles and other content are general information about web design, search and conversion. They are not legal, financial or property advice. Results depend on your situation, and we cannot promise any particular outcome.

Third-party links

The site links to other websites and services, including our audit tool at aeo.optimaflow.dev and our social profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site and any free resources are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, OptimaFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. For a paid engagement, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal information and cookies is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OptimaFlow is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. A paid project may set its own governing law and venue in its agreement.
