Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Messages you send us. When you send the brief form on this site, we receive your email address, the service and market you picked, and anything you write. The message is delivered to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Emailing us directly works too.
• Correspondence. Anything you email us, and our replies.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected by the analytics tools listed below.
• Cookie choices. Your cookie settings are stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries, scope projects and prepare proposals.
• To keep the site fast, secure and working, and to fix what is broken.
• To understand which pages and articles are useful so we can improve them.
• To measure campaigns, but only if you opt in to marketing cookies.

Analytics

Analytics is always on, because it is how we keep the site healthy. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity (which can record anonymised sessions of clicks, scrolls and mouse movement, and masks sensitive form fields by default) and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Google Analytics is configured to anonymise IP addresses. Details of each cookie are in the Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and the business: Google (analytics and tag management), Microsoft (Clarity), Vercel (hosting and performance analytics) and Resend (delivery of messages you send through the contact form). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

International transfers

Our providers operate servers in several countries, including outside the countries where you and we are based. Where your information is transferred, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer and on the laws that apply to them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to help you, and for any project that follows, and is then deleted or archived as our records require. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in each tool.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time from Cookie settings. These rights reflect laws such as the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and, where they apply, the GDPR, the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the NZ Privacy Commissioner.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
